Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and qe777 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing qe777.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms apply to all services provided through qe777.ws, including live casino games, online slots, sports betting, crash games, fish shooting games, virtual sports, promotional offers and any future services added to the platform. qe777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility Requirements
To register an account and use the qe777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, use on behalf of a third party or use for the purpose of money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, qe777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by qe777 or any responsible gaming body, at the time of registration or at any point during active use of the platform.
Account Registration and Security
Registration at qe777 requires the provision of a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth and a password. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:
- You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password or OTP with any third party, including anyone claiming to be qe777 staff.
- You must notify qe777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact qe777 support via live chat from inside your account.
- Account transfers between players are prohibited. You may not transfer funds, bonuses or account balances to another qe777 account under any circumstances.
- qe777 may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or any breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of qe777 complies with all applicable local laws. qe777 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
qe777 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can provide absolute security. qe777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
All financial transactions at qe777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 across all accepted payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day may be set by qe777 at its discretion and communicated via your account settings.
- qe777 does not charge a fee on deposits via any accepted payment channel. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g. bKash, Nagad) are the responsibility of the payment provider, not qe777.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. qe777 does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from the payment provider's systems or from qe777's fraud screening procedures.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit into the same qe777 account. qe777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder.
- qe777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in withdrawal suspension.
All deposits made at qe777 must be funded from sources owned by and in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including mobile banking accounts registered to another person — are prohibited and may result in account closure with forfeiture of all associated funds.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
qe777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover condition) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered and visible in your account bonus section.
- Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money balances in your account. Real-money funds are used first in any betting activity; bonus funds are applied only after real-money balance is exhausted, unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a qe777 account under any mobile number or identity. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
- qe777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided the applicable wagering requirement has not yet been met.
- Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the individual bonus terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types — for example, using a slots-only bonus on live casino tables — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
qe777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence that a player has exploited a technical error, acted in bad faith, or engaged in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with qe777.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
qe777 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the qe777 platform in a way that simulates human play or provides an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live table games.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a qe777 account. All payment fraud cases will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game or on the qe777 platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be removed from your account.
- Opening or operating more than one qe777 account, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number or device.
- Using the qe777 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity. qe777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions without notice to the account holder.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
qe777 takes its obligations with respect to responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed and operated with the welfare of players in mind. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them at set intervals (e.g. every 30, 60 or 90 minutes) while they are logged in and actively playing.
- Temporary time-out: Players may place their account on a temporary time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity and cannot be reactivated before the time-out period expires.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting qe777 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.
qe777 strongly encourages any player who feels that their gambling is no longer within their control, or that it is causing financial or emotional harm to themselves or their family, to make use of these tools or to contact qe777 support immediately for assistance. qe777 will never pressure a player to continue playing or to reverse a self-exclusion request.
Intellectual Property
All content on the qe777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of qe777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The qe777 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed or used in any commercial context without the express written consent of qe777.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. qe777 is licensed to distribute that content to players but does not claim ownership of any game title, artwork or mechanics developed by those studios.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qe777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the qe777 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other financial or personal loss arising from platform use.
qe777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or technical fault. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. qe777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via a site notice, but cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted access. No compensation will be offered for access outages lasting fewer than 24 hours.
Amendments, Termination and Governing Law
qe777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on qe777.ws with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, qe777 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting qe777 support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qe777 platform that cannot be resolved through qe777's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. You and qe777 each waive any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any such dispute. qe777 may terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
